Our goal is to make your buying experience with Seed Bead Heaven as satisfying as
possible. Should anything you have selected from us fail to meet your expectations,
you may return it to us within 90 days for a credit, exchange or refund. A return
authorization number may be obtained by calling Customer Service at (520) 568-7222.
You may return merchandise as long as it is 'New and Unused', accompanied by a copy
of the original invoice with the returned items marked.
The return authorization number must be noted on the invoice copy and the outside of
the package. Please send returns in a padded envelope.
The following items may not be returned: books, videos, tools, and items damaged from
personal use.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so that we may rectify this for you.If there is extensive damage to the package on receipt, we ask that you do not use any items and contact us immediately.
