Member Privacy Agreement

Each Member specifically acknowledges that Seed Bead Heaven Online is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of Third Parties, including Members and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rest entirely with each Member. 7. Monitoring. Seed Bead Heaven Online shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the service to determine the compliance with this Agreement and any other operating rules established by Seed Bead Heaven Online. 8. Termination. Either Seed Bead Heaven Online or Member may terminate this Agreement at any time. Member's only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with (i) any terms and conditions of this Agreement, (ii) any policy or practice of Seed Bead Heaven Online in operating the Service, or (iii) any content available through the Service or any change therein, is to terminate this Agreement by sending a written notice by mail to 20928 N John Wayne Pkwy C-13 #205, Maricopa, AZ 85239 with the words "End Membership" in the subject line. Without limiting the foregoing, Seed Bead Heaven Online shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with respect to any Member in the event of any breach by Member of this Agreement. All sections shall survive the termination of this Agreement. 9. Trademarks. Trademarks are registered trademarks of Beadwiz, LLC. and Seed Bead Heaven Online. All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing on the Service are property of their respectful owners. 10. Equipment. Each Member shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Service, and Members shall be responsible for all changes related thereto. |
